Working as part of the newly formed Games as a Service team within Sega’s European HQ, I owned the scheduling and communication process between the Central Sega Platform development team and game studio stakeholders.
Live Producer - Ubisoft

Based at the Annecy Studio, France, as part of the studio’s direction and senior management team, specifically on the development and live support of the Assassin’s Creed Multiplayer franchise. Owning the DLC and event roadmaps, I managed the development and deployment strategy with the AC brand team. Additionally, I managed the external studio collaboration relationship for the PC SKU, the mobile companion app development and future title prototyping.
Game Producer - Codemasters
2011 - 2013
Reporting to the Executive Producer of the Online Development Studio, my role was to manage a team of development staff specifically in preparation for online deployment, bringing in multiple years of experience for a smooth and rapid launch of F1 Online: The Game, amongst other unannounced titles.
Live Producer - Codemasters

QA Technician / Community Manager - Codemasters
2001- 2006
Initially starting in QA working on racing games to PC FPS titles, I spent 18 months learning about the industry and the company, as well as crafting solid test strategies for our development titles. It was working on IGI2 and engaging with our PC community during Beta testing that I was headhunted for what was a new role in the industry, and became a community manager in 2003.
Reporting to the Marketing and Product Managers, the role played a crucial link to the gaming public, the development team and the marketing teams. As a public face of Codemasters, I engaged in below the line marketing of our products and built strong bonds and relationships with our gaming communities building up from grassroots. Websites and forums were built with tools to support myself and the future community team, as the roles and processes became slowly defined.
